With the field investigation results, briefly analyses the indoor and outdoor thermal and humidity environment, human thermal sensation and current situation of the building envelope structure. Draws the conclusion that although the residents in Chongqing are not so sensitive to outdoor thermal environment as in theory, the indoor thermal environment is seriously bad and some suitable heating measures must be taken, and that the residents are more sensitive to the changes of the outdoor thermal and humidity environment in winter, so when selecting the heating equipments, the continuity and volatility of the heating system should be taken into account. According to the analysis of the heating status and common heating modes in Chongqing area, finds that the thermal comfort of three common heating modes needs to be improved.
